Crane Freight in Groveport, OH is seeking a logistics professional to dispatch drivers, respond to driver calls, and ensure cargo is picked up and delivered while meeting client needs.

You will maintain shipment records, ensure DOT compliance, and manage paperwork with accuracy, timely updates, and safety as priorities. This role emphasizes efficiency, reliability, and clear communication with customers and drivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• 1 year industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Client needs and commitments are met.
• Dispatch drivers and respond to Drivers calls.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Notify drivers of assignments and direct their activities to ensure cargo is picked up and delivered.
• Maintain information on shipments and ensures proper paperwork required.
• Update data base on all dispatched move.
• Other duties as assigned.
