CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee a fleet and build strong relationships with drivers and warehouse teams. You’ll lead with hands-on communication, solve problems, and organize workflows to maximize on-time deliveries and minimize costs.

Responsibilities include tracking drivers, coordinating loads, resolving service issues, and ensuring DOT-ready documentation. The role rewards initiative, reliability, and clear, proactive collaboration in a busy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive work style.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace all drivers daily with updates to BOS/Dispatch Track.
• Resolve service issues, recoveries, and communicate to bookers/customers.
• Ensure all CSA expectations are met.
• Coordinate with planners on service issues and load assignments.
• Update trailer/equipment changes as needed.
• Provide DOT documentation in a timely manner.
• Investigate and report weekly on roadsides and accidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
