Nutrition 101 LLC is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to plan, supervise, and optimize driver activities across multiple routes. You will coordinate daily fleet dispatch, monitor operations, and ensure safety and service standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership as you support drivers and customers while maintaining DOT compliance and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• 2-4 years dispatch/logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise day-to-day driver activities.
• Direct daily driver and fleet assignments.
• Maintain 24/7/365 situational awareness.
• Provide strong customer service through timely updates.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety records.
• Lead training with EH&S and VP of Logistics.
• Make critical operational decisions.
• Attend company meetings and mentor teammates.
