• Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors and internal departments to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to schedule changes, delays, emergencies and other operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and transportation requirements.
• Coordinate with personnel to ensure service meets an acceptable standard and generate positive feedback.
• Coordinate with safety team and Risk Management to investigate hazards and reduce losses.
