Job summary

A leading distribution company in Oklahoma is seeking a motivated Dispatch Associate to manage incoming and outgoing equipment records. The ideal candidate will be proficient with computer systems, flexible with their schedule, and possess knowledge of Department of Transportation laws. A Bachelor's Degree and prior supervisory experience in the Freight Industry are preferred. This is a hands-on position that may require outdoor work and passing a criminal background screening.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Supervisor in the Freight Industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Dept of Transportation laws and rules is required.
• Candidates must pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Record inbound and outbound equipment.
• Monitor scheduled versus actual equipment types.
• Use Feeder Scheduling System to report to dispatch drivers.
