Job summary

TA Services is seeking a detail-oriented Traffic and Logistics Admin to act as the operational hub for our distribution and logistics operations. You will coordinate the movement of loads across multiple facilities by managing driver dispatch, scheduling, and communications with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong Windows-based applications skills.
• English proficiency at B2+.
• Prior experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the seamless movement of loads across facilities by managing driver dispatch, scheduling, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee daily traffic operations including driver check-ins, load tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure on-time performance for loads and deliveries.
• Monitor inbound and outbound paperwork and ensure proper filing in designated drives for historical records.
• Assist with scheduling driver appointments and gate/door assignments with warehouse teams.
• Support with dock audits and portals to streamline logistics operations.
