Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Dispatcher to own the daily logistics schedule for a designated territory, overseeing drivers, coordinators, and temporary staff. You will decide in-house or vendor transport for deliveries, installations, removals, and returns, drive on-time performance, and maintain safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 2 years work experience.
• 2 years experience managing one or more employees.
• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience.
• Experience working directly with customers by phone and email.
• Strong customer service orientation, active listening, excellent oral/written communication.
• Ability follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience applying creativity to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch for on-time deliveries and installations.
• Oversee drivers, field service techs, and coordinators.
• Manage DOT compliance within assigned territory.
• Maintain safety records and conduct periodic safety meetings.
• Communicate with customers to schedule daily/weekly activities.
