Bo-Mac Contractors, Ltd. seeks an experienced Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to dispatch company-owned trucks and drivers, coordinate third-party hauling, and ensure safe, efficient movement of materials to project sites, primarily petrochemical facilities.

You will work with project managers, superintendents, and drivers, maintain DOT documentation, and adapt schedules to changing needs while ensuring compliance and a high standard of safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in transportation coordination, trucking dispatch, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience dispatching trucks and coordinating third-party hauling services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch company-owned trucks and drivers to meet daily project needs.
• Schedule and coordinate third-party hauling services as required.
• Arrange transportation of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, drivers, and haulers to align schedules.
• Ensure transportation activities comply with DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Coordinate specialized hauling, including oversized and heavy equipment.
• Monitor schedules and adjust dispatching for changing project needs.
• Maintain DOT documentation and transportation records.
• Address delays and scheduling conflicts as they arise.
• Ensure trucks are available and ready to meet project demands.
