You will act as the central contact among project teams, drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics leadership to ensure safe, on-time deliveries and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include dispatching drivers, coordinating load planning and fleet maintenance, and supporting transportation documentation and continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office on Windows.
• 1+ year of Smartsheet or fleet forecasting software.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily delivery schedule for Charlotte operations.
• Dispatch drivers to meet project needs and coordinate deliveries.
• Review project schedules and adjust deliveries as priorities change.
• Coordinate loading, safety checks, and DOT compliance for shipments.
• Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with vendors for fleet upkeep.
• Prepare related purchase orders and document control.
