Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Dispatcher for our Lowell, AR office. The role dispatches service tickets and provides administrative and operational support, while maintaining an organized, fast-paced schedule.

You will call technicians, dispatch them on jobs nationwide, and track COIs to ensure timely completion of projects. Ideal candidates are self-motivated with strong computer skills, high attention to detail, and excellent customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education or degree highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong proficiency with computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an updated, organized, and fast-paced schedule.
• Confidently call technicians and dispatch them on jobs.
• Track COIs (certificate of insurance).
• Manage deliverables for completed jobs.
• Create BISs for billing.
• Provide documentation for service tickets and scheduling.
