Job summary

CrossGlobe is seeking a Traffic Dispatcher Clerk (Window Clerk) in Houston to coordinate and schedule drivers for pick-up and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.

Role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with customers and drivers. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Customer Service and Import Documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Independent judgment within systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule drivers for pick-up and delivery.
• Ensure documentation is submitted timely and corrected as needed.
• Collect Bills of Lading and verify information for accuracy.
• Notify customers of cargo arrivals/departures with notices and copies of BL.
• Secure original Bills of Lading and delivery orders.
• Coordinate data entry into computer systems.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or fax.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
