CrossCountry Freight Solutions (CCFS) is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Houston, TX. You will coordinate the pickup and delivery of freight, verify orders, and ensure accuracy through our technology systems while supporting the operations team with essential administrative tasks.

The role requires handling high call volumes, coordinating driver schedules, and maintaining clear communication with customers to achieve timely, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must type at least 25 words per minute and be comfortable with computers.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, math, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure efficient pickup and delivery of freight.
• Verify accuracy of pickup orders and timeliness of deliveries.
• Communicate with customers and drivers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Dispatch drivers, assign routes, and ensure proper shipping documentation is completed.
• Maintain communication with drivers to optimize operations and service levels.
