Job summary

Ameriserve is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Tucker, GA to support our logistics department and serve as the frontline representative for our service brands. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate dispatch across a broad region, and ensure seamless communication between service, billing, operations and technician teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in logistics coordination, strong English proficiency, and experience with CRM platforms and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date records of service calls, technician availability, and work orders.
Provide real-time support to optimize service delivery.
