Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC, based in Pendleton, IN, is seeking a Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team. You will coordinate daily movement of company assets and third-party carriers, plan routes, and maintain DOT compliance while delivering excellent service to customers.

The role requires 2–4 years in dispatch or logistics, a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with dispatch software, TMS, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 2-4 years dispatch or logistics coordination experience.
• Experience with fleet scheduling, route optimization, and load planning.
• Proficient in dispatch software, TMS, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and hours of service rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily movement of company assets and third-party carriers.
• Assign drivers and plan routes and equipment utilization.
• Maintain driver compliance, safety, and reporting with DOT requirements.
• Provide proactive communication with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor carrier performance and manage transportation costs.
• Support training and mentoring team members.
• Develop relationships with carriers and customers.
