The role emphasizes safety, service, productivity, and cost management, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend on-call rotation to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in logistics, transportation coordination, brokerage, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing third-party carriers and freight brokerage operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations, load planning, pricing, and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loads with third-party carriers to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective transport.
• Develop and manage a nationwide carrier network.
• Negotiate rates and establish competitive transportation pricing.
• Monitor market conditions and source capacity in real time.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
