TopHAT is seeking a Logistics Dispatch Associate to manage high-volume home delivery operations. You will dispatch multiple in-home delivery teams, communicate with customers, and ensure accurate shipment updates in our reporting system.

The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday with potential overtime during peak season.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.

• Dispatching 5+ in home delivery teams through multiple stops.
• Initiating calls with customers.
• Accurately update shipments and enter data into client reporting system.
• Report delivery delays and time windows to customers.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff.
