Job summary

TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, is hiring a Dispatch Associate II in Minnesota. You will coordinate 5+ in-home delivery teams, dispatch routes, and ensure timely customer notifications.

Role emphasizes problem-solving, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain relationships with clients and staff. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Tue-Sat, with potential overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-8 years job-related experience required.
• Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery; DOT regulations knowledge a plus.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with staff, clients, and others.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching 5+ in home delivery teams through multiple stops.
• Initiating call behinds with customers.
• Accurately manage shipment updates, including customer notification and data entry into client reporting system.
• Reporting delivery delays / in window times to customers.
• Building relationships with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
