Job summary

TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, is seeking a Dispatch Associate II to manage high-volume in-home delivery operations. The role reports to the Location Manager and requires coordinating 5+ delivery teams, updating customers, and maintaining data in client systems. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

We offer full-time hours, a 40-hour week (10:00am–6:30pm, Tue–Sat) with potential overtime during peak season and strong benefits focused on wellness and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• 5-8 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of both education and experience are required.
• Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery/Electrical preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations a plus.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching 5+ in home delivery teams through multiple stops.
• Initiating call behinds with customers.
• Accurately manage shipment updates, including customer notification and data entry into client reporting system.
• Reporting delivery delays / in window times to customers.
• Building relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
