The role is non-exempt and involves load planning, resolving driver issues, and ensuring DOT compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in logistics, experience with a Transportation Management System, strong communication, attention to detail, and US geography knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Collaborative with strong listening and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
• Geographic awareness of United States.

Aufgaben

• Load planning and optimization.
• Assist in resolving driver issues (detentions, breakdowns, weather delays).
• Ensure all loads comply with DOT Regulations and safety standards.
• Navigate website portals to schedule pick-up & delivery appointments.
• Prepare and generate dispatch documentation (e.g., shipping manifests, bills of lading, proof of delivery).
