D&G Transportation in Germantown, WI is seeking a motivated Logistics Dispatch Assistant / Freight Coordinator to join our onsite team. This full-time role focuses on load planning, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and assisting drivers with detentions and delays.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in logistics, experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Job description

D&G Transportation (Germantown, WI) is celebrating our 40th anniversary as a family-owned, national LTL carrier. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dispatch team as a full-time Logistics Dispatch Assistant / Freight Coordinator. This person will be cross-trained on various duties and is integral to the company’s success. Transportation/supply chain experience is required.
This is a non-exempt and onsite position with a $26+ hourly wage (negotiable according to experience) with reviews at 3 and 6 months.
A strong performer will be poised for career growth.
