The role is non-exempt and involves load planning, resolving driver issues, and ensuring DOT compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in logistics, experience with a Transportation Management System, strong communication, attention to detail, and US geography knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Navigate website portals to schedule pick-up & delivery appointments.
• Prepare and generate dispatch documentation (e.g., shipping manifests, bills of lading, proof of delivery).

D&G Transportation (Germantown, WI) is celebrating our 40th anniversary as a family-owned, national LTL carrier. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dispatch team as a full-time Logistics Dispatch Assistant / Freight Coordinator. This person will be cross-trained on various duties and is integral to the company’s success. Transportation/supply chain experience is required.
This is a non-exempt and onsite position with a $26+ hourly wage (negotiable according to experience) with reviews at 3 and 6 months.
A strong performer will be poised for career growth.
