Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business/Logistics or related area preferred.
• Administrative support or dock operations experience preferred.
• Customer service skills necessary to respond to requests and issues.
• Ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations in Pickup and Delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility reporting metrics daily and address issues with BC/AOs.
• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul equipment and enter events into Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate management.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance information and DOT compliance records.
• Assist in driver training and corrective action plans.
