Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Dispatch/Operations professional in Colorado to coordinate DOT-compliant linehaul dispatch and equipment maintenance. You will monitor performance metrics, communicate with ICs/ISPs, and resolve customer service issues to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in dock operations or admin support, and knowledge of transportation regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related area preferred.
• Administrative support, customer service or dock operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation practices is essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors facility metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily and escalates issues as needed.
• Coordinates dispatch of linehaul equipment and enters events into the online system to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
• Investigates customer service complaints and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance records and DOT compliance for drivers and equipment.
• Assists in training and development activities as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
