Job summary

Invenergy LLC in the United States is hiring an Analyst, Dispatch & Operations Logistics to lead freight, trucking, dispatch and logistics across our facilities. You will book loads, manage carrier relationships, administer contracts and ensure cost-effective transport.

The role reports to the Manager, Warehouse & Logistics and requires strong attention to detail, safety, problem-solving and communication. Travel up to 25% and ability to work with ERP/TMS, Excel and SmartSheet is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Attention to detail, safety, and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, SmartSheet and Teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and load booking for Central Warehouse, Central Machine Shop, ICMS/ICW, and operations.
• Lead carrier, broker, 3PL, and transportation vendor relationships; negotiate terms and monitor performance.
• Maintain logistics documentation; ensure compliance with transport and site requirements.
• Collaborate with ICMS, ICW, warehouse and operations teams to support material movement.
• Maintain dispatch trackers, cost tracking, and escalate issues to management.
• Develop and manage logistics budgets; forecast and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare transportation-related P&L reporting and explain variances.
