Job summary

Invenergy, LLC, North America’s largest privately held developer, owner, and operator of power infrastructure, seeks an Analyst, Dispatch & Operations Logistics in Bolingbrook, IL. The role coordinates freight, trucking, dispatch, and logistics across the Central Warehouse and related sites, booking loads and managing carrier relationships.

You will supervise budget and forecasting for logistics, monitor costs, prepare P&L reporting, and ensure compliance with safety and site requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day load booking, truck dispatch, delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking across multiple sites.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage carrier, broker, 3PL, and vendor relationships; evaluate pricing and terms.
• Maintain dispatch trackers, cost tracking materials, and vendor performance notes; escalate issues to management.
• Develop and manage logistics budgets; monitor actual costs against budget and forecast.
• Prepare recurring transportation-related P&L reports and ensure accurate cost allocation.
