Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Energy.
• 2+ years dispatching experience with large truck fleets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
• Proficient with pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch freight with FTL/LTL carriers nationwide.
• Track carrier performance and address issues promptly.
• Manage demurrage expenses by eliminating inefficiencies.
• Prepare management reports and presentations.
