Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking an Analyst, Dispatch & Operations Logistics to lead freight, trucking, dispatch, and logistics activities across our Central Warehouse and related facilities. You will book loads, manage trucks and carrier relationships, administer contracts, manage payments, and allocate transportation resources in a cost‑effective and compliant manner.

The role reports to the Manager, Warehouse & Logistics and requires coordinating with multiple teams to support equipment movement,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and Load Booking: coordinate day-to-day load booking, truck dispatch, delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking.
• Carrier & Performance Management: manage carrier, broker, 3PL, and transportation vendor relationships; negotiate terms and monitor performance.
• Compliance and Documentation: maintain bills of lading, proofs of delivery, and other records; ensure regulatory and site requirements.
• Operations and Warehouse Support: assist owner-supplied equipment movement and urgent logistics needs.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control: monitor costs, variances, and opportunities to reduce freight expenses.
• Invoice and Cost Control: validate invoices against contracts and resolve discrepancies.
