Job summary

Invenergy in Chicago, IL is seeking an Analyst, Dispatch & Operations Logistics to coordinate freight, trucking, dispatch, and logistics for Central Warehouse, Central Machine Shop, ICMS/ICW, and related operations. You will book loads, manage trucks and contracts, and oversee cost control and reporting.

The role requires 1+ year of logistics experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and logistics tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and load booking coordination for central facilities.
• Communicate pickup status and delivery timing with stakeholders.
• Manage carrier, broker, 3PL, and transportation vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and review logistics budgets, invoices, and cost tracking.
