Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking a Manager of Inventory Management to lead a team responsible for OFE inventory execution and continuous improvement. You will drive inventory planning, transportation coordination, warehousing, and deployment to active construction and operated sites, coordinating with Global Sourcing, Construction, 3PLs, Project Management, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years total professional experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain management, inventory management operations, and/or procurement.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing domestic transportation, imports, and/or inventory.
• Experience running RFPs for transportation and warehousing and negotiating high-value transportation and warehousing agreements.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Program Management – Develop and implement inventory management strategies that optimize storage, tracking, visibility, and deployment of OFE across Invenergy’s project portfolio.
• Logistics Management – Develop and implement logistics strategies that optimize transportation of OFE in a safe, efficient, on-time, and cost-effective manner.
• Supplier Relationship and Contract Management – Establish and own relationships with third party logistics partners, run RFPs, negotiate transportation and warehousing agreements.
• People Management - Manage, develop and coach team of direct reports on projects and assess performance for engagement and regular reviews.
