DriveTime Family of Brands in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to build vendor network and dispatch for over 35,000 moves per year – that’s over $350,000,000 of inventory! You will build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external partners around the country.

The Logistics Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, control costs, ensure high-level customer service, coordinate inbound/outbound and reverse moves, enforce carrier standards, and track

Qualifications

• High School Degree required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships.
• Background in business processes, decision making, and a results-driven environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities while managing costs, time efficiencies, and delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Dispatcher for inbound, outbound, and reverse inventory moves.
• Coordinate and follow up on all transportation requests to ensure SLAs are met.
• Enforce standards with DriveTime’s preferred carriers.
• Serve as the liaison between DriveTime’s internal partners and carriers.
• Manage Transport VivaDesk Tickets; use various software for tracking progress and records.
