Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to build vendor networks and dispatch for 35,000 moves annually, while managing costs and delivering excellent service. You will maintain carrier relationships and coordinate inbound/outbound/inventory moves across the country.

The role requires a high school diploma, with a Bachelor's or equivalent experience preferred, and strong communication, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required; Bachelor's or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build business relationships.
• Background in business processes, decision making, and results-driven work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities while controlling costs and delivering high-quality service.
• Dispatcher for inbound, outbound, and reverse inventory moves.
• Coordinate transportation requests to meet service level agreements.
• Serve as liaison between DriveTime's internal partners and carriers.
• Use software to track progress, maintain records, and perform research.
• Research and update leadership on aged allocations (outbound inventory).
• Communicate effectively in person, phone, and email.
