Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Tempe to build vendor networks and dispatch for over 35,000 moves per year, managing costs, time efficiencies, and high levels of service. The role requires communication, negotiation, and strong process discipline in a hybrid work environment.

You will dispatch inbound, outbound, and reverse inventory, coordinate transport requests, and enforce carrier standards while liaising with internal teams and carriers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong background in business processes and decision making.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities while controlling costs and delivering customer service.
• Dispatcher for inbound, outbound, and reverse inventory moves.
• Coordinate and follow up on transportation requests to meet SLAs.
• Enforce standards with DriveTime’s preferred carriers.
• Liaise between internal partners and carriers and track tickets.
• Use software to track progress and maintain records.
• Research aged allocations and provide updates to leadership.
