Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics dispatch or scheduling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Strong problem-solving under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work in teams across departments.
• Ability to manage up to 75 drivers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dispatchers and fleet managers to plan shipping operations.
• Develop daily operating plan with KPI focus.
• Evaluate and adjust plans for payload, on-time deliveries, and loaded miles.
• Engage with Scheduling Team Leader on growth opportunities for assets.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety with Terminal Managers and Lead Technicians.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and other departments for smooth operations.
