Job summary

The Kenan Advantage Group is hiring for a dispatch planning role in Irving, TX to streamline freight transportation, reduce shipping times, and maximize loads. You will coordinate with dispatchers, fleet managers, and the Scheduling Team Leader to deliver efficient operations and meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Previous logistics dispatch/scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment with independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dispatchers and fleet managers to plan and carry out shipping operations.
• Develop daily operating plan to meet KPIs.
• Evaluate and adjust operating plans for payload, on-time deliveries, and loaded miles.
• Coordinate with Scheduling Team Leader for growth and improvements.
• Manage day-to-day operations of up to 75 drivers.
