Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers, coordinating transportation and scheduling, and delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, dispatch drivers, monitor routes and shipments, resolve inquiries, and maintain records. Proficiency with CRM, dispatching software, and Microsoft Office is expected, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, dispatching, or a call center environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and dispatching software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers, technicians, or service personnel to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor schedules, routes, and shipment statuses while providing updates to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, dispatch activities, and service requests.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Track deliveries, appointments, and service completion to meet company standards.
• Utilize dispatching, CRM, and logistics software to manage daily operations.
• Assist with order entry, scheduling, and administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
