Qualifications

• Ability to handle high phone volume in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries and notify customers of deviations.
• Answer driver and customer calls/emails and address needs.
• Call and get updates from drivers/carriers and input information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate issues to customers/drivers.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
