Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with load information and operation details.
• Communicate with customer service on out-of-service trailers, missing BOLs, incorrect orders, transloads and broker hours.
• Coordinate with the shop for ETA repairs and priority trailers.
• Coordinate with inspectors on load corrections and work orders.
• Provide drivers with northbound BOLs after load verification and process admin paperwork.
