Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in El Paso to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth load movements. The role focuses on assisting drivers, coordinating with customer service, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The position emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with standard schedule expectations and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with information they need about operations or load assignments.
• Coordinate communications with customer service on out-of-service trailers, missing BOLs, and broker hours.
• Coordinate with shop for estimated repairs and priority trailers.
• Coordinate with inspectors about corrections and work orders.
• Issue paperwork and releases to MX Carriers/Drivers.
• Provide northbound and southbound BOLs to drivers after load confirmation.
• Provide admin support to management and perform general office duties.
