Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in custom brokerage or logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coordinate shipping, receiving and storage activities.
• Experience with customs processes (US/CAN/MX) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 employees, scheduling and managing workloads.
• Coordinate mid to high volume shipments for customs clearance across ports (Air, Land, Ocean).
• Prepare customs entries and tariff classifications as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with CBP, CSCB, and Mexican customs regulations.
• Resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and service providers.
