Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in International Trade, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years proven customs, compliance, or international trade experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Understanding of customs regulations across CAD/USA/MX is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations of the company’s operations department and supervise staff.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients to ensure KPI targets are met.
• Develop and implement procedures and work instructions per client needs.
• Collaborate with IT to refine work instructions from request to production.
• Provide information to billing and assist with afterhours support and documentation.
• Manage network of customs clearance partners and drayage companies.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to maintain high service standards.
