Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Liberty, MO is seeking a C Crew Operations Supervisor to oversee transportation, customs processes, and documentation for imported and exported products. You will ensure first-rate customer service and compliance with federal regulations.

This role requires four years of related experience, supervisory experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills. You will lead staff, manage performance, and coordinate with the operations manager on progress and issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with four years of related experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers for shipments, receipt, and documentation.
• Supervise staff and assist in training, staff performance management, and retention.
• Conduct staff meetings to assess status and discuss improvements and new developments.
• Oversee performance statistics and ensure compliance with regulations.
