T. Parker Host in Louisiana is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to act as a liaison between the Customer Support, Operations, and Scale teams, ensuring smooth daily activities in a fast-paced terminal environment.

You will prepare transportation documents, track cargo, communicate updates to customers, assist with invoicing and storage charges, and support the traffic and scale operations with accuracy and teamwork. Evening or weekend coverage may be required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as point of contact between Customer Support and Scale House teams.
• Prepare work orders, manifests, and shipping documents for terminal operations.
• Track cargo status in systems and update customers accordingly.
• Assist with invoicing, storage, demurrage charges, and documentation.
• Schedule cargo pickups/deliveries and resolve inquiries or delays.
