Job summary

You will prepare transportation documents, track cargo, communicate updates to customers, assist with invoicing and storage charges, and support the traffic and scale operations with accuracy and teamwork. Evening or weekend coverage may be required.

• Assist with invoicing, storage, demurrage charges, and documentation.
• Schedule cargo pickups/deliveries and resolve inquiries or delays.
