Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a Customer Service Coordinator in Independence, Ohio. You will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in a mode of transportation, supporting daily shipment activities for our sales reps and helping grow the company.

You will document and manage tasks in our internal systems, schedule shipments from pickup to delivery, and assist with billing and payment processing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Reliability with excellent attendance.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on all administrative tasks related to your aligned account(s).
• Document and manage all tasks in our internal systems.
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Help resolve shipping issues with a high level of professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support with billing and payment processing as needed.
