Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal communication skills – face to face and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on all administrative tasks related to aligned accounts.
• Document and manage all tasks in internal systems.
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
