A. Duie Pyle seeks a Customer Service Representative to be a primary contact for internal and external customers, managing inquiries, scheduling shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication to deliver outstanding service.

The role involves coordinating with drivers and internal teams, tracking shipments, providing ETAs and quotes, and assisting with billing and documentation while meeting KPI targets in a dynamic logistics setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail.
• Proficient typing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs including early mornings and holidays.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pickups and trace shipments.
• Provide shipment ETAs and rate quotes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, drivers, brokers, and stations to schedule shipments and resolve issues.
• Schedule delivery appointments and handle re-consignments.
• Communicate with customers and Accounts Receivable regarding Driver Collect and COD shipments.
• Ensure accurate billing of shipments.
• Document all customer interactions for follow-up.
