Job summary

Country Pure Foods in Hart, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative Logistics to act as liaison between customers and our company. You will assist with order entry, invoicing, account questions, production data entry, scheduling delivery appointments, and other logistics tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to multitask across departments. On-call nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of temp controlled freight.
• Knowledge of DOT e-log laws.
• Strong ability to quickly solve problems.
• Teamwork skills for working with multiple departments.
• Requirement to be on call during nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create warehouse releases and send them to OCFS.
• Enter loads onto JVC sheet.
• Enter orders onto appointment sheet.
• Build dry loads.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
• Assist with placement of orders, revisions or cancellations and communicate with Production Staff.
• General support to Accounts Receivable Specialist(s) such as processing invoices and assisting with invoice collections.
• Communicate with Sales Managers and Customers pertaining to account questions.
• Accurately enter data from production into inventory software.
• Schedule delivery appointments with Transportation Manager and Customers Traffic Departments.
• Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer service is delivered.
• Additional duties as assigned.
