Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Hart, MI. You will serve as the primary contact for delivery drivers, assign doors, and log shipment records to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to complete shipping documents, verify product counts in the system, and communicate delays or changes to carriers. A basic math ability, strong English communication, and flexibility to work varying shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to lift 20 lbs (9 kgs) or more.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of shipments.
• Plan and direct driver's assignments and check-ins/check-outs.
• Receive, count and log cash from carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to complete documents.
• Verify and count products in the system.
• Notify carriers of pending, no-shows, and unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.
