Job summary

Expeditors, a Fortune 500 logistics leader, is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional in Milpitas, CA to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient shipment handling.

You will process orders, coordinate with vendors, maintain KPI targets, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control and/or distribution operations.
• Certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot, or related tech.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders daily.
• Generate paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Trace orders and notify customers of activity.
• Maintain relationships with customers; respond to inquiries politely.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with OPS and external regulations.
• Meet KPI standards and ensure smooth freight flow.
• Oversee paperwork and inventory accuracy for orders.
• Attend training totaling 52 hours per year.
