Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Chicagoland area.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Six months to one-year related experience in Domestic operations
• A proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels

Responsibilities

• Understand department process flow and look for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborating with management
• Monitoring shipments in transit daily to ensure data integrity for events and references are updated properly and KPI targets are met
• Communicate effectively with customers, Expeditors offices worldwide, and co-workers through email, phone, and in person
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
• Promote compliance with company policies and regulations and perform tasks with integrity
