Job summary

Expeditors is a global logistics company that values professionalism and a customer‑service based approach. This role supports order management, inventory control, and billing activities across our warehouse and distribution operations.

You will collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate data, timely shipments, and strong service levels while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency is required or highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential for daily operations and customer interactions.
• 1/2 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage distribution accounts accurately and timely.
• Prepare operational reports, customer work orders, shipping documentation, inventory records, and other paperwork.
• Perform data entry and transaction processing for receiving, order allocation, shipping, inventory management, and billing activities.
• Rate domestic transportation bills and ensure accurate, timely billing to customers and vendors.
